Knit pants (or sweat pants for the style challenged) are my new favorite staple. I've been wearing mine a lot lately with a plain v-neck tee, black high tops and a strand of wooden beads doubled around my neck. It's not an easy look to pull off without looking like you've just rolled out of bed.
If you really want to class them up, pair them with a simple woven or denim jacket like I have for my Storybook style inspired by the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz.
Dolce & Gabbana Knitted Trousers are matched up with a simple tee. Go Tin Man silver with a Balenciaga metallic stripe or channel his desire for a heart with the tee from London Collection. Cover either option with a grey J Brand denim jacket.
Keep the silver going with metallic high tops from Pierre Hardy.
