Take it, take it, love me, love me! Check out my "Rude Boy" Bedroom. Perfect for a teenager, a dorm room, or maybe even a grown up who refuses to grow up and wants to have fun with prints, patterns, and a leather lion. Check below to see the items.
Starting off with the bed, we have the Piper Queen Bed in Green from Room & Board pops some color in the room. Not as much color as my tribal mix and match of the Magical Thinking Bracelet Stripe Duvet Cover and Tangerine Flag Sheet Set. It's a fun mix inspired by the various graphic prints from the "Rude Boy" video.
Now let's throw some pillows in the mix. We've got an Indigo and a Terra Cotta Phulkari Embroidered Pillow Cover from Pottery Barn (who knew?) and an Embroidered Ikat Stripe Pillow (Center) from Urban Outfitters to toss on the bed.
And probably the biggest challenge of this design, leopard pillows! It's so hard to find a decent leopard print pillow these days. You can easily do custom with an Interior Designer, but since I'm resourcing all these items I searched high and low before finding these on 1st Dibs. Roberto Cavalli Silk Leopard Print Pillows (yep, these will cost you).
Bedside lighting is courtesy of Urban Outfitters with the Cantilever Lamp. I went straight to the source at Fender for the Mustang V412 Cabinet Amp that serves as a nightstand. Whether you choose to dance it on like Rihanna is up to you. And I've always loved the "Blue Yves" Large Art Deco Mirror from Caviar 20! Sadly it has sold, but it would be a great addition to this space.
And my final two elements that bring in some of the biggest elements from the "Rude Boy" video. The Love Me by Curtis Kulig Wall Decal was made for this room. It's one of the actual lyrics from "Rude Boy". And the Leather Lion from 1st Dibs acts as your very own Rasta Lion, but I wouldn't reccomend riding on it since he's not actual size. Hope you got what you want want want.
