Suit & Tie Bar Nook

I might not be the most excited person for Justin Timberlake's return to music, but I can appreciate his contribution to the art. And I can find inspiration in his brand image (and video) for "Suit & Tie" to create my very own plush Bar Nook. Check the details below.

 

Starting with the sofa. Tufted, plush, sensous...I'm talking about the Boca Sofa in Regal Smoke Velvet from Room Service. A comfortable spot to sip cocktails that we're going to adorn with luxurious pillows in a bit.

 

For those drinkers who don't want to cozy up next to someone, I've placed the Cambodia Arm Chair from Dering Hall next to the sofa. I like that the black gloss finish resembles a grand piano. What's glamour without a little vanity? There are several amazing screens from 1st Dibs that could have fit the bill, but this Ultra Chic Modern 4 Paneled Mirrored Screen pops the cork!

 

Mix up plenty of drinks at the "X" Side Bar Cart from Mecox Gardens. A gorgeous finish that pairs nice with our Mirrored Screen. And if you need a place to set your drink when you exchange phone numbers with sexy patrons, these Number Side Tables, designed by John Beck Paper & Steel for Dering Hall, evoke that Hollywood vintage feel and can be grouped as a make shift coffee table or seperated as accent tables.

For mood lighting, I've got the Jazz Age Johnston "Ventlite" Photo Lamp (inspired by old Hollywood stage glamour) and a Vintage Industrial Lighted "Bar" Sign. The "Bar" Sign isn't quite big enough to make a statement on the walls, but would look great freestanding on the "X" Side Table Bar Cart.

 

So what do we do about those walls? "Cigar Girl" is a great graphic to adorn the walls and set the mood. Or maybe even have a custom piece made from Timberlake & Jay-Z's "Legends of Summer" Tour graphic. Either way, the space is ready for a toast!
